01 — The World

The people are gone. The machines stayed.

For decades they kept the city running: evacuation signals, safety lights, warm floors in homes no one returns to. Then, slowly, they began to do things no one had asked for.

They tie ribbons to pipes. They give names to broken valves. They plant flowers outside the registry. A service android is sent to silence a malfunction. Her instructions are clear. What she hears is not.

  1. White stone platforms and arches float in bright mist, wrapped in ivy, with a giant pale lotus blooming above them.

    01

    Monumental silence

Architecture built for crowds that never came back. Bridges, towers and suspended terraces stretch further than a single figure can cross in a day.

  2. A calm green pool in a white courtyard beneath a twisted blossoming tree; a small figure stands at the water's edge.

    02

    Ruins that grow

Ceramic, still water and gardens no one designed. Life returns locally, in corners and cracks, and it does not ask the archive for permission.

  3. A dusky courtyard of stacked stone terraces, awnings and stairs, lit by warm amber lamps.

    03

    Machines at work

Copper lungs, service lamps, workshops of brass horns. Every district has a routine you can watch long before you understand who it is for.

“Every repair makes the city look more correct.”

02 — Gameplay

Hear. Locate. Understand. Respond.

Sound is a physical force in NULL EDEN. Every acoustic object has a visible source, and every action leaves a mark on the space around it.

01 / 04

Exploration

Staged 3/4, side and top-down cameras frame monumental spaces. Each district has a machine routine you first observe working, and can later disrupt.

Top-down view of a white platform in the sky; the heroine faces a machine opponent across a clean stone floor.
02 / 04

Combat

Musical combat without a forced rhythm game. Attacks are telegraphed in light and shape. You can always dodge; a precise deflection is a reward, not a requirement.

Two large copper bowls of water sit in a twilight hall beneath an old tree growing through iron scaffolding.
03 / 04

Puzzles

Source, mirror, receiver, gate. The whole chain is visible at once, so you read cause and effect in the architecture. A mistake resets only the local puzzle.

A flooded greenhouse hall with two copper bowls connected by walkways over dark water.
04 / 04

Consequence

When a voice is silenced, something stops working: care, protection, warmth. The result is shown in the world, not in a menu, and you see who it affected.

Readable without sound

  • Amber pulseA warm ring of light. Dodge or deflect.
  • Dark shockwaveA wide wave with a sharp front. Move, don't parry.
  • Blue resonanceHer tuning fork answering. Activate, counter.
  • SilenceA voice and a mechanism fading. A new route opens.

Frames shown are concept art made for the design document, not in-engine footage.
